You should contact the SpinnerChief support directly, because the error message was generated by their service.

They have just updated to version 6.0, have you checked their API integration?

Yes, they haven't changed the access parameters. Some new options were added.

I had to reset the password. They do not allow the use of special characters, which generates errors from their API.
Please add this note to all other customers
