I have no control over 3rd-party services. The plugin just sends a request and waits as long as it takes on the other side.

I have sent email to other party support (spinnerchief) and they checked it, no problem with the API response time.

I have been using spinnerchief more than 6 month along with CyberSEO Pro, never happening like this, i have used more than 3 hosting, and the results were the same, only blank (.).
 
SpinnerChief support ask me to consult CyberSEO.

A haven't changed the SpinnerChief interface code for years, so I can't answer to your questions. The CyberSEO plugin works in accordance to the official SpinnerChief API documentation. Once again, CyberSEO has no relation to SpinnerChief or any other 3rd party service. It just sends a request and receives an answer. That's just a couple of lines of code. Everything else happens on the other side and I have zero control over it.

Here is the exact code that CyberSEO uses to interact with SpinnerChief API (yes, it's that short):

You can forward it to SpinnerChief developers. If they find there a single error, I will be happy to fix it. But... there are no errors and I know it.
