Hello,

I'm trying to syndicate an XML feed on a server containing a website I'm using this plugin on. It simply stalls when trying to pull from the XML file but the XML file is completely intact and validates properly. I did testing and it works on another server but I'm not sure why, as both the site environments are the same. Could it be related to some kind of XML parsing? It returns

"Syndicating [Feed]... 0 posts were added [!]"

[Feed] is omitted because I want to keep the feed private. I can message you the feed url though if you want to do testing yourself.

I believe it's probably related to some sort of XML php library as I'm testing on a barebones wordpress environment with TwentyThirteen theme and works on one server but not the other. The server it isn't working on is a shared server as well.

Is there some sort of error reporting I can put in place for this as well?

Thanks!

Also,

When I go to edit the campaign for this feed on the shared server it also takes a very long time to load the edit campaign page and in the preview pane it shows

XML parse error: (No error)

Thanks!

Hello,

Wanted to give an update to this issue and mark it as resolved.

Sorry for the delays. We ended up getting this fixed. The IP that was trying to pull requests from the XML file was being blocked via firewall deny list. We removed the IP from the deny list from the XML feed server and now it pulls properly with no issues at all.
