Can't see any problem with this feed:

Are you sure your server's IP is not banned? What the Syndicator Log says?

Ok, must be a slip of the pen.. works now.

But still a strange thing happening. I use country (loc): nl for Dutch language. In the browser query it shows Dutch what I expected.

The feed syndicate gives me German???
Must be a Bing issue.. I guess?

That's not a CyberSEO Pro related thing for sure. Unless you are using some 3rd-party translation services. However, according your Syndicator Log above, no translation performed there. So yes, the result is in that language that Bing returns for a given URL.

Perhaps it uses your server IP to determine a preferred language. I don't see any other explanation for such a behavior.

You could try a proxy it hides your IP. Rotate through many proxies to avoid getting banned. Also some proxies might be blacklisted for various reasons.
