Hi,
When I retrieve a new post from a RSS Feed, I need to translate it first and then to run the AI article generation.
Right now the priority is the opposite: first it runs the AI and then the translation.
is it possible to add a feature so we can choose the priority?

There is no way to set the priority in the plugin. This can only be done with a custom PHP snippet using the CyberSEO Pro 
Login to see this link. However, if you are using AI for article generation, you don't need to translate the text to use it for article generation. AI text models like OpenAI GPT-4 can do this automatically - just ask for it explicitly in your prompt.
