I just updated to the Pro version and I seem to have a very peculiar issue with Cyberseo whereby after adding the Rss feed I don't have all the configuration and add button is not showing underneath on the basic tab screen and all other tabs are all blank pages. i seem to be missing some DB table fields or something...no idea.

Basic Tab: Post format is the last field on each Rss feed page and nothing below.

Other Tabs: Blank

Any idea what the issue is. I still use the free version on my other websites and they still work pretty good, it's not about the pro version...I also already have the issue before upgrading to Pro.

What's your RSS feed URL? Have you tried to syndicate some other feed? Just for a case...

You must enable the debug mode in CyberSEO Pro general Settings. When the error message will be shown, just copy-paste it here.

Seems like an error on your site. Please enable the debug mode and post the error message here.

Nothing in syndicator log or do you mean error due to php that's shown on top of each page? Anyway to send that in a private message?

The debug mode was not enabled. I've enabed it and got a huge list of error messages (note below). None of the is related to CyberSEO Pro.

Even phpinfo() fails with the following error:

Your site is broken and you have to fix it. Disable all 3rd-party plugins and swicth to a standard WordPress theme. This will help you to find the code, that breaks your site functionality.

Note that you are using PHP 8.2.1, which is not supported by WordPress.

When you open your WordPress dashboadr, you'll see all the mentioned above error messages. You can open CyberSEO Pro -> General Setting and disable the debug mode there. The messages will gone, but it won't fix your site.

First of all, make sure to downgrade your PHP version. Let me repeast it once again: PHP version 8.2.1 in not compatible with WordPress and with most of 3rd-party plugins (check the error messages above).

You have over 46,871 users. When PHP tries to show them all in the "Post author" drop-down list box on the CyberSEO Pro feed settings pages, your PHP just goes crazy and fails with this message, because PHP just unable to fit that data into an object variable:

Can you imagine contents of a drop-down list option at a website? How would you use it?

I've made a limitation to display authors, editors and administrators only. Please try again, it should work now.

I forgot I have an access to your site. It was the same problem with 40K users. Fixed now.

I believe I have it sorted now. I had to remove the auto tags setting for each feed and seems to do the trick. Thanks

No, it was not caused by auto-tags. It was caused by 40K users in your database. I've added a filter by user rules.

Ok. Thanks but it's not so bad to have so much user and why would that affect the plugin?

It affects your WordPress in general, which now works extremely slow because of that.
