I am using the Amazon search option. I was following the video, put in the search URL, chose "Amazon search", but then when I hit Syndicate, it says: "Unable to Parse".

I have gone through most of the settings, including putting in my Amazon affiliate code.

To verify the plugin was working, I created an RSS feed, which did set up correctly. 

No information in syndicator log.

I believe you missed the most important thing shown on that video and articulated by voice. You forgot to select the "Amazon search page" preset in the drop-down list.

I said that I used "Amazon Search page". I even tried it as an RSS, to see what would happen.

This may only mean that your host is unable to connect the Amazon server for some reason and can not receive the HTML page. I mean that's not a CyberSEO Pro related issue. Email be with access details to your WordPress dashboard.
