This error occurs when OpenAI does not deliver a result or an error message. This usually happens when there is a communication failure between your site and the OpenAI servers, or when the OpenAI servers are temporarily unavailable. Unfortunately, this problem cannot be solved at the plugin level. If the OpenAI server does not respond or its response does not reach your server, no plugin settings will help.

can we limit the transcript, example %youtube_transcript[%link%][2000]% (max 2000 words) ?

This depends on the AI model used. The models such as GPT-4o mini can accept texts up to 90,000 - 100,000 words.

Anyway, I'm glad to hear the problem is gone.
