Hello,

You have sent out an email regarding an update.

We have tried to find a login on your website so we can download the update, but it seems that you don't have any login on your website.

So how can we update?

Best regards,

Amalia Barrameda

To update your plugin just open the CyberSEO Pro General Settings page and click the "Update the plugin to the latest version" button at the top left corner of the screen.

Or just wait for up to 24 hours while CyberSEO Pro updates itself automatically.

You don't have to download anything for that.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

The only thing we see at our CyperSEO is the form for registration. When we do the registration, we get:

CyberSEO Registration

Error

Something went wrong. Please try again later.

Your version of the CyberSEO plugin is up to date.

But still, we can't access our CyberSEO.

How can we get our CyberSEO back?

Regards,

Amalia

That's because the system has blocked your license. Here is a quote from Login to see this link (your case is marked with red):

If you explain me how a 1-site license can be activated at two different WordPress instances without hacking the code, your license will be re-activated immediately.

Hello,

I was not aware that one of our technical team members had cloned the main website, including everything and hereby also the CyberSeo plugin. The development site is not in use anymore, and I have made sure that the CyberSEO plugin no longer is on this staging site.

So there have not been any clones of the CyberSeo plugin but a clone of a website.

Your technical team member not just cloned it. He has modified (hacked) the code of the loader. I should say that the CyberSEO Pro anti-thieving system works at a server side and it clearly sees when someone tries to play with the client-side code. In other words: the one may cheat the plugin, which is not encrypted and not protected, but it's impossible to cheat the licensing system at the server.

If you may noticed, there are no "nulled" copies of CyberSEO Pro at warez sites. And this is why.

Email me in order to settle the issue.
