Hello, i had the single blog edition installed, now i'm trying to update it to the unlimited edition, even if i delete the plugin from the server, when i upload cyberseo unlimited, then activate it appears in the dashboard as "single blog edition" and it wont ask me for the serial and all the settings will be just as before with the single blog edition.

How can i update to unlimited "from scratch"?

To reset your registration info please do the following:

  1. Open this URL in the browser: http://www.blog.com/wp-admin/options.php
  2. Find the "cxxx_license" option and delete its value.
  3. Now click "Save Changes".

Note that "www.blog.com" must be replaced with your own blog's domain.

Hi

I've just updated from single license to Unlimited and did the above instructions but the plugin won't accept my name used to buy nor exact URL of provided domain. What am I doing wrong? Using latest plugin version.

Thanksfrown

I believe you just copy-pasted the new registration info incorrectly. Please make sure to copy the name and serial values exactly as they are in the email.

Hi

I did not receive any new license key after purchasing the Unlimited, only the Sales Receipt.

Thanks.
