Video plays, but shows spinning circles/bubbles for a LONG TIME | CyberSEO Pro | Support Forum

I'm absolutely new to the use of embedded videos. And, I'm trying to embed an mp4 video into a Wordpress site (I'm new to WP also) ... sigh ...

So, I've installed the plug-in (KVS FLV Player) and activated it.

I've substituted the client's site info into the FLV parameters as such:

But, when "previewing" the page, the video takes a L-O-N-G time to load. The clock-face circles/bubbles that rotate to show the activity of the video loading spins for, it seemed like, 5+ minutes before it started! (it's a 275mb file!)

Is this file too humongous to use? It does play for 4 minutes. Whereas, another video on the site is only minute in duration and starts up as soon as the page loads.

What do you suggest I can do to get this to play more quickly upon the page loading, or clicking on the video to play?
