Hi there,
WordAi Spinner doesn't seem to work.
To be honest, it's the first time I am using it, I have spinrewriter which is decent. But I got an email from WordAI and I got a 3 day trial, which blew me away with the quality of the spun content. This is a new WordAI version, so maybe they change the way API is working.
I tried to setup WordAI but I get no spun content.
Can you please let me know what can I do to fix this?
Thanks.

Thanks for the fast reply. So this is a problem from WordAi an not with configuration.
I am not even sure that I configured it properly. In the "Content Spinners" under WordAi tab, the authentication fields say email and pass, but under Account info the plugin mentions an API.
Should I use my WordAi password or the API key?
Also in the logs I have this:
[25-06-21 01:06:27] Trying to spin content with WordAI...
[25-06-21 01:06:27] Unknown WordAI error.

WordAI definitely not working. I tried with both password and API.
Please check your version of the plugin, it looks like WordAI made some changes to the API URL. If you have a functional version of it, it should be very simple to see that it is not working.
Also, your answer to my question about what to put in the fields, wasn't very helpful.
I had to try various combinations and waste my time because the script you are using is using a poor choice of words. It mixes API key with password so in the end you do not know what to put in. When I asked you what to use you did not answer my question.
Thank you,
The only way to find out why your password and login do not work is to contact WordAi support. They have logs of every request to the system. The CyberSEO plugin doesn't. It also have a log (CyberSEO Pro -> General Settings) which may show you the error message if WordAi sent it. That's a 3rd-party service and I have no control over it.

Hi there,
I am circling back on this.
I reached out to WordAi and asked them about this.
In the meantime, I just realized there is a feature to turn on php logs in the plugin. I turned that on and here is what I got from the plugin:
Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in /home/runcloud/webapps/app-how-to-brew-coffee/wp-content/plugins/cyberseo/cyberseo.php(10) : eval()'d code on line 3
Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in /home/runcloud/webapps/app-how-to-brew-coffee/wp-content/plugins/cyberseo/cyberseo.php(10) : eval()'d code on line 3

Note that I tried another plugin with WordAi intyegration, and that worked. However, your plugin works better for what I need so I gave up on that one. I am hoping to solve this WordAi issue, their spinner is really good. I am trying to get away from spin rewriter.
Thanks in advance.

As the 2nd person to bring this up, maybe you should actually pay attention instead of shoving the problem to WordAI.
Here's the issue:
Your UI asks for the email and pw of the WordAI account. Great.
But the CyberSEO plugin can't use that info to spin content, because your plugin is built to use their API, not the login credentials. Correct me if I"m wrong.
So where's the field in your plugin UI to add my API credentials? It doesn't exist; hence a problem with your plugin.

thank you so much for the quick reply ... I know you likely dont have exact time for implementation but are you thinking couple days, couple weeks, or couple months until you will be able to update it. I realize things can change but just curious if need to look for additional short term solution or wait.
Thanks,
Rob
A a couple of days, not more. It's not some "to be improved later" thing. It's essential. I've just contacted the WordAi team and got the new API specs. Just one thing I need to have to say here. The new API has only two adjustable options that affect the rewritten articles. And yes, it's much lesser than in their old API version...
