I am using cybersyn, which is made by cyberseo.

create tags from category names is true
check for duplicates by GUID only
check this feed for updates every 180
Maximum number of posts 2
posts status publish immediately
comments allow
don't accept pings
base date get date from post
no post date adjustment settings.

Global settings:
Pull mode: auto
link syndicated posts to original source false
syndicate new feeds to following categories: video games
undefined categories post to default
create tags true
check for duplicate posts by guid only
checkyndicated feeds for updates every 180 mins
maximum number of posts to be syndicated 1

remainder utilizes same as campaign settings.
