Here is how I finally got CyberSyn to post to my blogs via Cron.
If you are using some caching plugin, make sure to add the following code into the "do not" cache URL list:
/?pull-feeds
I use WT3 Cache plugin.
In CyberSyn Default area of the plugin:
1. RSS Pull Mode is set to: by Cron job or manual (This is only in the Default area of CyberSyn)
2. Grab the Cron you see there and go to your hosting and create the Cron. For this example, the Cron I used at my host is:
20 5 ***/usr/bin/curl --silent http://(your website url will show here.com)/?pull-feeds=5d3e86e68342ebf8aa584335281cb5ce (20 5 *** means the Cron pulls at 5:20pm every day) NOTE: I am advised by Hostgator that Crons should be 15 minutes or more apart. That's how I set them for now. I may play with this timing later.
Back to CyberSyn Default area of plugin:
3. Link syndicated posts to the original source is checked
4. Syndicate new feeds to the following categories: Player Forum (pick your own)
5. Undefined categories: Post to default WordPress category (Player Forum is my Default category. This is set by going to WP Admin>Settings>Writing. The Default category in there must match with CyberSyn Default category.)
6. Create tags from category names is checked
7. Check for duplicate posts by: Title Only (NOT any other selection)
---------VERY IMPORTANT!!!------------
8. Check syndicated feeds for updates every: 10 minutes (Even though I am using Cron to trigger Pulls, if this is not set to a range of 1 minute to 1440 minutes, the Cron will NOT post to the blog! I have it at 10 minutes. This means that when the Cron pulls, the 10 minutes will start to count down. It will set at ASAP when the clock runs out. ASAP means the Cron is ready to pull "As Soon As Possible" which will be at 5:20pm the next day in my case.)
-----------------------------------------------
9. Posts Status: Publish Immediately (your choice)
10. Comments: Disallow etc. ( your choice)
11. Pings: Don't accept pings (your choice)
12. Base date: Use Syndication date (your choice)
13. Post date adjustmet range: 0 ... 0 (no change here)
Just to be sure, go to each of your feeds and edit them to match what you have in the Default area. You will not see the Cron in the actual feed. Match all the other settings.
I now get email from Hostgator that the Cron pulled as scheduled and CyberSyn is now posting to 4 test blogs from Crons as I have them scheduled. It finally works after hours upon hours of screwing around.
I hope this is "noob" enough to help someone.

I have no idea, I switched so much settings, but now it fails again. I wish I could try the paid version. I will continue to try what makes it work. Backup export and import settings would be no luxury.
It does not post but it still takes out WordAi credits every time.
I will try a few cron jobs with WordAi turned off.
I turned of WordAi and it posts without problems.
It looks like CyberSyn does not communicate with WordAi so well as it should.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
One hour later it seems to work.
The cron job line if you have a time preset in your cron job then leave out 0 * * * *
This worked with a 30 minutes cron job time interval
WordAi
