Some videos wait to play until completely buffered | Freeware Plugins | Support Forum

I have been scratching my head trying to figure this out. Using this plugin with wordpress and using urls from my uploads directory in cpanel wordpress installation. Some videos play right away even before they are all the way buffered and others(most) wait until the video is completely buffered before it plays. This is very annoying and provides a bad experience for my visitors. 

Length of video is irrelevant as some shorter vids do this and also longer vids do it too. Also all videos have been encoded as a batch with identical settings on encode using adobe media encoder so pretty sure it has nothing to do with encoding. All of the videos are MP4 h264.

Any Ideas?
