Hey CyberSEO,

I have my xPinner set up with a cron-job to pin every hour, and I have it set to pin if the post is newer than 2 hours old. But it seems like on every spin it only pins the newest post, which results in most of my posts not being pinned, because a bunch of them get posted at basically the same time. Any ideas?

btw, it's not that the images are too large, because they're all the same size.

Thanks.

In cron mode, the xPinner tries to pin the most recently added post of the last opened one. If both were pinned already, it does not pin and wait for another cron call.

So you're saying that it only pins one at a time... Is there a way to just make it pin everything it hasn't already pinned? My posts are auto-posted from feeds so each feed gets posted at the same time.

Do you mean to pin all existing posts (say a thousand of them) at once? That's a best way to get banned immediately :)

Not all existing, just the ones that haven't already been pinned. In my case this would be like 10 max...

So no solution to this problem?

Sorry but I don't see a problem there. If you want to pin only 10 posts, you can do it manually within a minute. Just open them in the browser and the plugin will do the rest.

Well OK but this is a recurring thing, I don't want to open 10 links a day for every blog that I have.

You see I have a plugin that creates posts from feeds, which was posting from all feeds at the same time.

I did just figure out how to make it fetch from each feed at a different time, so then as long as the cron for xPinner runs after each post then it shouldn't miss a post right? But it still seems to be missing some however..confused
