Dear Support,

When manually pulling the feed, I always got an error and the page suddenly stopped scraping.

an example Error msg log:

My question is, is the error related to what? Is it the PHP version? Any library? RSSretriever settings? Or something?

Need your help to resolve this.

PS: I use ubuntu and plesk.

Thanks

As the error message says, Login to see this link can't be processed by SimplePie, which is a library used by Full-Text RSS.

Unfortunately, since this is not a bug in the software, we can't help you here. The problem is related to your server configuration, so you should contact your server administrator.

Yes, the URL is not an RSS feed (XML), but the URL is the result of a scrap feed. In the Syndicator log, there is no log; just stop.

The log above looks fine and the plugin is working properly. Something is wrong with your server.

I do not have access to your server to analyze the problem. I can help you with the plugin itself, but not with your server. You need a specialist in server administration.

WHen I asked AI, I got this answer:

Please ensure that the rssretrieve is good and I will continue to investigate my server.

AI does not know the details of the problem. The plugin works correctly and there are no problems with the page that you are trying to parse. There is a problem with your servers and only your admin can solve it.

Also, please note that this error does not occur in the RSS Retriever plugin, but in the stand-alone Full-Text RSS script. We are not its developers and do not make any changes to its code. You install this script on your site "AS IS" and use it as a third-party service. If you are not satisfied with the operation of the Full-Text RSS script, you can always use the RSS Retriever's built-in functionality get full versions of articles: Login to see this link

Dear Support,

The issue was solved when I changed the version of PHP. 8.0 to 8.2

Thanks and I appreciate your help.
